My Approach

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee (under the supervision of Pat Valentine, LMFT, LIC# 29320) with a focus on Existential Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Couples Therapy, Sex and Intimacy Therapy, kink dynamics and lifestyle, poly dynamics and lifestyle, and depression and anxiety. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I’m committed to helping you reach your full potential.

  • Kink Dynamics and Lifestyle: I am experienced in working with clients who are interested in or who live or play in a kink lifestyle.
  • Ethical Nonmonogamy Dynamics and Lifestyle: I am experienced in working with clients in open or polyamorous relationships.
